Cancellation Policies

This is the official CalGovHR cancellation policy for its products and services (these policies are subject to change).

 

A Note on Payment Processing

The most efficient way to submit payments is through our website using a credit card. This will ensure that payment is received in a timely manner and guarantee the discounted rate when applicable.  This option is available for all memberships, and registrations. To make payments online, please continue with the registration or membership process and look for payment methods to pay online.  You will also receive an invoice with a link to pay by credit card if someone else from your agency is responsible for making the payment.

 

We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. No credit card payments will be accepted via fax, phone, e-mail, or through the mail.
